Obituary for John “Dick” Notestine John “Dick” Notestine, 92, of Okoboji passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Accura Healthcare of Spirit Lake. A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 12, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milford. Burial will be in the Lakeview Gardens Cemetery in Spirit Lake.
