Obituary for John Dotson John Dotson was born on April 29, 1963 to the parents J.C. and Rosie, and a stepmother, Rita-Rita. John received his education through the Chicago Public School System and graduated from Robeson High School. After high school, John worked as a bike messenger, for the Chicago Lighthouse of the Blind and also Osco.

At an early age, John accepted Christ as his Savior was baptized. On July 13, 2018, John departed this life. He was preceded in death by his mother Rosie Dotson and two stepchildren Latricia Hall and Lionel Hall.

John leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Lillie; two children Cassandra and Christina; his father, J.C.; stepmother Rita-Rita; siblings Ronnie (Sharon), Stephanie (Jabali), Rosie and Angela; three stepchildren Jeffrey Hall, Latrice and Annetta Hall; niece Lisa; nephews Gregory, Calvin and Adrian; a host of grandchildren, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
