Obituary for John E. Byerly John E. Byerly, 75, passed away on September 15, 2018 in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Mr. Byerly was born in Wilkinsburg, PA and moved to Port St. Lucie, FL in 1985 coming from Irwin, PA. He was a graduate of Norwin High School, Class of 1961.

Prior to his retirement, he worked at Westinghouse and was the owner/operator of Byerly’s Wings & Things in Irwin, PA. John’s favorite past-times included riding motorcycles, boating and fishing, and cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. He loved music and was a fantastic dancer.

He also was an accomplished pool player. Survivors include his daughters Barbara Byerly-Kaup of New Stanton, PA and Brenda Byerly of Greensburg, PA; brothers Steven Byerly of Anderson,SC, David Byerly and Gary Byerly both of Port St. Lucie, FL; and 4 grandchildren, Anastazia Byerly-Bleyer, Brandon Kaup, Angus Goodrich, and Jocelyn Kaup. He was preceded in death by his parents John F. Byerly and Lois N. Byerly.
