John F. Lock of Youngstown, Florida January 30, 1942 – May 11, 2019 John F. Lock, 77, of Youngstown, FL. died Saturday May 11, 2019 at his home with his family by his side. John was born January 30, 1942 in Panama City to his late parents Homer and Thelma Ward Lock, he went on to serve in the Navy and after his Honorable Discharge he became a self-employed truck driver.

John was a Devoted loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed fishing. He preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years Dorothy Jean Lock and a son John F. Lock Jr. John is survived by one son Steven Lock; three daughters Gloria Richardson and husband Jeff, Karen Hair and husband Scott and Michelle Lock; two sisters Earline Duncan and Shelia King; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Wednesday May 15, 2019 at Bear Creek Assembly of God with Pastor Tony Teas officiating.

Interment will follow at Millville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Southerland Event Center in Lynn Haven, FL. Ask to serve as pall bearers are Jeff Richardson, James Chambers, James Lock, John Paul Lock, Gerald Mansfield and Justin Swearington.
