Obituary for John F. Schumacher John F. Schumacher, 60, of Murphysboro, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018, in Murphysboro. John was born April 28, 1958, in Menomonie, Wisconsin, a son to Frank and Rita (Dalle) Schumacher. His mother survives of Colfax, Wisconsin.

He was united in marriage to Mary Lee Blauel, and she survives of Murphysboro. John was a member of the Boskydell Baptist Church. He had been a long time employee of Cristodo’s in Carbondale and had also formerly worked at the Corner Diner in Carbondale.

John had for the last several years been a self-employed carpenter and landscaper. Cremation has been accorded and burial will be in Colfax, Wisconsin. Survivors, in addition to his mother and wife, include four sisters and four brothers.
