27, 1942 and passed Dec. 6, 2018 due to complications of congestive heart failure. John was born in Decatur, IL to Ruby and John Tulak Sr

He had many roles in his life including serving in the U.S. Navy, being a loyal member of the union, an avid hunter and fisherman, and a Nascar enthusiast. John was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. John was preceded in death by his mother and father, his sisters Mary and Rebecca (Becky), and his Brother Michael (Mike).

He is survived by his wife of 58 years Mary; his sons John III (Bo) and his wife Sumer, James (Jim) and his wife Jamie, Joseph (Joe) and his wife Jody; his daughters Rhonda and her husband Cliff, Theresa, Laura and her husband Jr., and Debra (Debbie) and her husband Bob; twenty-two grandchildren and thirty-one great-grandchildren; his Sister Carlotta (Dotta), his sister-in-law Terri, his brother Alex (Billy) and his loyal companion, the German Shepard, Bubba J. A service in John’s memory will be held Saturday, Dec. 15th at 1:00 p.m. at New Life Church of the Nazarene, 4001 S. Bryant Ave. Del City, OK 73115.
