John Douglas Toccoa, Georgia Mr. John Kevin Douglas, age 55 of Toccoa passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2019. A son of the late Jack and Barbara Douglas, he was born September 9, 1963 in New York. He was a 1981 graduate of Etowah High School and later graduated from UNG with a degree in accounting.

He enjoyed riding motorcycles, being outdoors, camping, fixing things and helping others. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Barbara Douglas.
