John Michael Cashman “Preacher Mike”, 74, passed away on December 2, 2018 in his home in Beaver Dam, AZ. Mike was born on April 29, 1944 in Austin, MN to John S. Cashman and Winifred M. Middlebrook. After Mike retired from a career in accounting, and he moved to Beaver Dam, AZ.

He was dedicated to serving his neighbors and did everything he could for those around him. He was heavily involved in the Desert Rose Christian Church and the Desert Rose charities that assisted the community. He was known as the guy that would drop everything to help, often driving others to doctor appointments in St. George.

Mike loved his wife, Judy, and was happy to spend his life with her. Mike is survived by his wife; Judy C. (McCammon) Cashman; son, John A. (Christi) Cashman; daughter, Peggye Springetti; thirteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother; and his four sisters. He is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Michelle Wilbanks; and one sister.
