John R. Gleiser 73, of North Tonawanda, passed away peacefully, Thursday (May 9, 2019) in Lockport Rehab and Health Care Center. Mr. Gleiser was born in Buffalo, NY on March 24, 1946 to Nelson and Ida (Taylor) Gleiser. John retired from DHL Courier services.

John is survived by his daughters Jennifer (Jeff) Hanna, Holly (Josh) Cook, and Minnie Fortini, brother of the late Jerry (Patricia) Gleiser, grandfather of Ethan, Jacob, Zachary, Peyton, and Devante, and former husband of the late Mary (Crum) Dabill. Friends may call Thursday from 6-8 P.M. at the Wattengel Funeral Home, 533 Meadow Drive, North Tonawanda, where funeral services will follow. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Hamburg, New York.
