He was preceded in death by his parents, John Jr. and Connie Lewis. He is survived by two sisters, Leeann (Michael) Wise-Staszewski and Becky (James) Sipple; one brother, James F. Lewis; four nieces, Brandie Sipple, Briana Lewis, Ashley Lewis and Emmie Sipple; two nephews, Brandon Lewis and Clarence Lewis; and many cousins, extended family and friends.
