John W. Baker Jr., 75, passed away on September 16, 2018 in Dallas, TX. A Memorial Service will be held at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel on September 28, 2018 beginning at 3:00 pm. John was born on December 1, 1942 in Cleburne, TX to John and Amy Baker.

He graduated in 1961 from Aquilla High School in Aquilla, TX. He was in active service with the Air Force from June 15, 1961 to June 14, 1965. He married Loretta Barbara Snyder on June 18, 1965.

John was proficient in many trades… Read More » including Machinist, Electrician, Electronics, and Mechanics which were used extensively in the Plastics extrusion industry up to retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dennis Baker. Survivors include his wife, Loretta Baker; son, Franklin Baker (Mona); daughter, Korena Penny; grandchildren, Jacob Penny, Julie Whitcomb (Austin), Arden Baker, Alex Baker & Donald Rushin Jr.; great-grandchild, Colton Penny; and a host of family members and friends that will miss him greatly.
