John James Zepko, LTC USA (ret), age 74, of Haymarket, VA passed peacefully on Sunday, December 2nd, 2018 at the Capital Caring Adler center in Aldie, VA. He was born on October 9th, 1944 in Bridgeport, CT, son of the late, John & Barbara Zepko. John is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol L. Zepko; two children, Jacqueline M. Ziadi of Centreville, VA and James L. Zepko, LTC USMA (ret) & his wife, Susan of Tampa, FL; brother Bill Zepko of Newburgh, NY; and four grandchildren, Ashley & Maya Ziadi and Kiera & Trevor Zepko.

A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 11th, at 11 am at St. John the Evangelist Catholic church, 271 Winchester St., Warrenton, VA. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Capital Caring Hospice -Adler Center for Caring, 24419 Millstream Drive, Aldie, VA 20105.
