Obituary for Johnnie Lee “Jeanette” Tyms TYMS, Mrs. Johnnie Lee “Jeanette” – age 84, passed away, Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at her residence. Family hour 10:00 AM Saturday, July 28, 2018 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 N. Perry St., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Friends and Pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10:00 AM Saturday.

Mrs. Tyms will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday. Ms. Tyms leaves to cherish her memory siblings, Margie Gay of Detroit, MI, Mattie Rudolph of Virginia, Clarice (Balbin) Thompson of Palms Bay, FL, Joe Sephus Hardie of Lakeland, Fl, Anita C. Frazier of Broadview, IL and Linda Jones of Eufaula, AL; and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Ms. Tyms was preceded in death by her children, Melinda Hardie and Don Preston Hardie; parents, Geneva and John Henry Hardie; siblings, Joe Lee Hardie, John Henry Hardie, Jr., Lou Emma Williams, Willie Dean Norman, Bernice Perry and Wilbert Hardie.
