Johnny David Miller was born December 21, 1956 to Jessie A. (Evans) and John D. Miller in Muncie, Indiana. He transitioned into enteral peace surrounded by his loved ones on Friday, October 19, 2018. Johnny graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1976.

He was employed by Container Corp/Graphic Packaging for 31 years. He was an avid sports fan and his favorite teams included, Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls and Chicago Cubs. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 37 years, Leah “Penny Jo” Miller; three sons, Johnathon Matthew (Angela) Miller of Seattle, WA, Kendrick LaMonte Miller and Josiah David Miller both of Indianapolis, IN; seven grandchildren, Jayla Marie, Jahari Lamont, Caden Amir, Jaday Josephine, Amariya Elise, Kennedy Laila and Jahan Amen; parents, John D. and Jessie A. Miller of Muncie, IN; one brother, Howard L. (Sara) Miller; three sisters, Juanita A. (James) Robertson, Kristine K. (Mark) Coatie and Lena K. Miller all of Muncie, IN; two godsons, Terrell E. Cooper of Troy, MI and Robert E. Fletcher of Muncie, IN; two god-daughters, Oreather C. Richardson and Leah N. Fletcher both of Muncie, IN; as well as a host of brothers and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Bronston Omar.
