Sgt. Jorden Thomas Williams, 25, of North Pole, Alaska, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019, while stationed at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Jorden was born November 7, 1993 in Zanesville, and was the son of Tiffany (Keith) Hayes Arnold of Byesville and Samuel (Stephanie Church) Williams II of Cambridge.

Jorden, a military working dog handler with the 549th Military Working Dog Detachment, 17th. Combat Sustainment Support Battalion at Fort Wainwright. He was a member of The Legacy Church in New Philadelphia.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Christie (Dickinson) Williams, whom he married June 28, 2018; in addition to a large extended family, Jorden is survived by, mother and father-in-law, Debbie and Daniel Diehl of North Canton; sister-in-law, Shanelle Dickinson of North Canton; his K9 partner TTebow; four dogs, Odin, Ve’, Ember and Valak. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Stop Nine Church of Christ where services will be 12:00 p.m. Monday with Pastor Tommy Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
