JORETTA RAINS, age 85 of Allardt, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at SIGNATURE HEALTH CARE OF FENTRESS CO. Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Allardt First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the FENTRESS MEMORIAL GARDENS.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Allardt First Baptist Church. She is survived by her: Husband, MILES D. “MUTT” RAINS Daughters, ANITA GAIL SPARKS and husband KENNETH VICKIE LYNN RUTLEDGE and husband VINCE 3 Grandchildren, MILES SHANE SPARKS and wife STEPHANIE RICKEY SHAUN SPARKS and wife AMANDA KALYN JORETTA SLAYTON and HEATH SLAYTON 6 Great-Grandchild, SHEA, CYRA, KENLEY, KAYLEE, ELLASYN & LYNNIX Sister-in-Law, TOOTIE SELLS She is preceded by her: Son, MARION WESLEY RAINS Grandson, TANNER SPARKS Father, ALFRED JAMES WILLIAMS Mother, ALVA (REAGAN) WILLIAMS Twin Brother, JACKIE WILLIAMS Brother, JIM WILLIAMS Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law, CHARLIE & EMMA RAINS Brothers and Sister-in-Law, BILLY ROE RAINS and wife NITA HARRIS SELLS JEAN SMITH and husband PAUL In-Lieu-of-Flowers the family request donations to the Parkinson’s Foundation, Allardt 1st Baptist Church, or the American Cancer Society, and can be left at the Jennings Funeral Home.
