Jorge was born September 6, 1956 in Rio Grande City, TX to Gilberto and Maria Cedillo Mirelez. Jorge married Dora Escamilla on October 20, 1978 in Fredericksburg, TX Jorge is survived by his wife: Dora Mirelez of Fredericksburg Two sons and spouse: Gustavo Mirelez of Fredericksburg Julio and Carrie Mirelez of Fredericksburg Six Grandchildren Mother: Maria Mirelez of Georgetown, TX Three sister three brothers and spouses: Lucinda and Manuel Hernandes of Cedar Park Juanita Garcia of Edinburg Teresa Mirelez Guillermo and Eva Mirelez of Edinburg Jessie Mirelez of Edinburg Javier Mirelez of Houston Mother-in-law: Domitila Cedillo Along with his father, Jorge was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister: Gilberto Mirelez Jr, Gabriel Mirelez, and Alma Alicia Mirelez Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Faith Baptist Church, or to the charity of one’s choice.
