Jose Angel Aramburo January 13, 1948 – December 17, 2018 Jose Angel Aramburo passed away peacefully in his home on Dec 17, 2018, surrounded by his family. Jose Angel was born in Tepuxta Concordia, Sinaloa on Jan 13, 1948 to Jose & Reynalda Aramburo. Jose Angel migrated to the US as a young adult where he met and married the love of his life, Ruth in 1972.
They moved to Oxnard, CA where they raised 3 daughters. He worked in Ventura County until he retired in the late 1990’s. He then enjoyed traveling with his wife, meeting new people, and taking care of his family.
He was a hard-working man his entire life and become an expert at almost everything he touched. He learned new skills yearly and was able to provide abundantly for his family as a result. He took pride in being a family man, and a loving husband.
He exhibited what a perfect father and husband should look like. He will be remembered for his smile, his laughter, his stories, his abundant love for everyone, family and friends included. His constant joy was infectious and left a positive impact on everyone he came across.
He was loved by everyone and known for his extreme sense of humor. He had the ability to create lasting lifelong friendships just by his energy and love of people. But his greatest joy was spending time with his wife, kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother Florentino Aramburo, his sisters Reyna Ramos, Rosa Aramburo, Tina Aramburo, and by his granddaughter, Janae Angelique Vazquez. He was survived by his wife of 46 years, Ruth Zendejas Aramburo, their daughters Jasmine Maynez, Jessica Aramburo her spouse Oscar Silva, daughter Judy Padilla her spouse Ruben Padilla, 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. His son Miguel Angel Aramburo and daughter Dinorah Aramburo.
His brother Cruz Aramburo, and sisters Margarita Tortoledo, Isela Aramburo, and Irene Aramburo. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 10:00pm with a rosary to begin at 7:00pm on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Garcia Mortuary Chapel in Oxnard. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:0am on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at St. Anthony’s Church in Oxnard.
Interment to follow at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park in Camarillo.
