OBITUARY Jose G. Zamora Sr. September 10, 1949 – September 9, 2018 Joe Zamora Sr. passed away on Sunday September 9, 2018. He was 68 years old. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marcial and Cristina Zamora, a brother, Johnny Zamora Sr., and a sister, Cristina Z. Dominguez.

Surviving him are his children, Joe Zamora Jr. of Irving, Matilda Zamora of Austin, and Cristina Zamora (Robby) of Weslaco; his sisters Adela Williams and Rebecca Lira, and a brother, Marcial Zamora; his grandchildren Israel Cortez, Ashley Gonzalez (Tre), Ariel Cortez (Isaac), Justin Cortez (Victoria), Joe Zamora III (Linda), Marcus Juarez, and Steven Zamora. Also surviving him are three great granddaughters, Violette Palafox, Alba Gonzalez, and Ivy Gonzalez and his Life Companion, Maria Huerta. Visitation will be held at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home on Thursday September 13, 2018 from 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm.

Chapel Service to will be held at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home on September 14, 2018 at 10:00 am.
