Obituary for Josefina Labaro Aquino Josefina Labaro Aquino, 94 years of age, passed away on Sunday October 28, 2018 at West Palm Beach Fl. Josefina was born on July 23, 1924 in Bicol, Philippines to the late Pedro Labaro and Cenona Rayos. She was the middle child of three children, two preceded her in death.

Josefina was educated in Daet Camarines Norte. Josefina married to Rufo Aquino on October 26, 1944 and 7 children were born from this union. She devoted her life to her husband and children.

She worked in the municipal office as a secretary . And through farming; she put her children through school. She raised them in Philippines and after dedicating her life again to raising six grandchildren until she and her husband moved to the United States in 1997.

Her whole purpose in life was to love and care for her family. Josefina was a devout Catholic. She loved going to church and praying the rosary.

She found her strength in life through God. She began and ended her day praying for others and thanking God. She loved to cook, read, garden, and playing the lotto.

She was a loving and giving person. She was such a caring person that even others called her Mama. She was everyone’s grandmother.

Josefina leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Lea Aquino Derez, Dorian Aquino Ogan, Noel Labaro Aquino, Alan Labaro Aquino, Jesse Labaro Aquino, and Lex Labaro Aquino. Her grandchildren Eleni Derez, Melanni Derez, Giovanni Derez, Ryan Ogan, Raymond Ogan, Jemar Aquino, and Andy Zeballos. Her great grandchildren Alexa Aquino and Alfonso Joaquin Ogan.
