Obituary for Joseph Carlton Dixon Mr. Joseph C. Dixon, age 71, of Eastman passed away, surrounded by family at his residence Sunday, December 9. 2018. A Memorial visitation will be from 5 til 7 p.m., Monday, December 10, 2018 at Hardy-Towns Funeral Home.

Mr. Dixon was born April 10, 1947 in Chester, Ga. to the late Myrtle Hobbs and Carlton K. Dixon. He was of the Baptist Faith, a retired painter, and an avid golfer.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Dixon; Children, Joshua Dixon, Angela Blackburn (Daniel), and Matthew Dixon; grandchildren, Brandon Brisco Jr. (Tiffany), Christopher Brisco, Dustin Brisco, and Kaddon Dixon; four great grandchildren; brother, James Dixon (Frances); sister-in-law, Cathy Oxley; canine pal, Gedz. The family can be reached at 525 Plaza Ave. , Apt 53, Eastman, Ga.
