Joseph Manville 84, of Eatonton passed away at his residence on Friday, April 13, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 20, 1934 in Monticello to the late Harry Lewis Manville and Cora Bell Freeman Manville. He was preceded in death by his parents and first wife Margaret June Manville.

Joseph was a very had working man having retired from Horton Homes, was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Korean War, a member of Mt. Arat Methodist Church… Read More » and a 32 degree Shriner. The visitation will be at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel on Monday April 16, 2018 from 12 noon to 2 PM, followed by a service at 2PM.

The burial will follow in Monticello, GA. Joseph is survived by his loving wife Carlene Manville, children Donna King (Charlie), Stuart ‘Willie’ Manville (Amy), Timi Jo Goff (Bucky), Liza McFarlane, Keba Rhodes, Bobby Blalock, grandchildren Bailey, Brooke, Willow, Will, Chloe, Josie, Marissa, Miranda, Kayla, Oliver, Finley, great grandchildren Henry, Margaret, brother Robert Lewis Manville, a very devoted nephew Ridley Stanford, and many nieces and nephews. Joseph was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and was loved by all his friends and everyone who knew him.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to the Shriners Children Hospital in his memory.
