Beloved father of Frank (Andrea) Tierno and TeTe (Bill) Evans; loving grandfather of Ashley, Amanda, Samantha, Jenna, Alexis, Frankie, Angela, Billy and JoJo; cherished great-grandfather of Justice, Jaedon, Demetri, Ryder, Ariana, Brandon, Xander, Nova, Jasper, Violet and Baby Raven; brother of Rose Tierno, Darlene Marron, the late Chi-Chi Neisen and Anthony Tierno; uncle of Jen Miller, Marie Miller, Michael Marron and Joey Marron. Joe worked at Arlington Auto Body for 35 years.

He will be missed dearly by all. Joe never said “no” to anybody.
