Joseph “Joe”‘s Obituary Joseph William Neulieb, Jr. (Joe), 59, of Terrell, Texas passed away in Quinlan, TX on May 3, 2019. He was born in New Bern, NJ on Sugust 21, 1959 the son of Joseph William Neulieb, Sr. and Mable Maxine Morphis. Joe married Brenda Kay Kuykendall on March 4, 1982 in Puerto Rico.

He served in the United States Coast Guard as Radioman 1st Class. He retired from the Coast Guard after 14 years of service. Those left to cherish Joe’s memory are his wife, Brenda Nuulieb; sons, John Paul Neulieb and wife Lamanda, Joseph Michael Neulieb, Joshua James Neulieb and wife Kathy; grandchildren, Kaley, Kyle, Conner, Caleb and Callie; mother, Maxine Firnhaber; sister, Dolores “Sister” Louallen and husband Paul.

Joe was preceded in death by his father Joseph Neulieb and step-father H. J. Firnhaber.
