OBITUARY Joseph M. Kelly Sr. March 7, 1937 – December 1, 2018 Joseph M. Kelly, Sr., 81, of Toms River, NJ passed away on Saturday December 1, 2018 at his home while surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in East Orange, Joseph lived in Matawan before moving to Toms River 40 years ago. He was an electrician with Citicorp in Trenton for many years and then worked for the Toms River Board of education for 19 years before retiring 4 years ago.

Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Marilyn Giglio Kelly; three sons, Shawn Kovalick and Nidia Vargas of Toms River, Stephen Kovalick and Emily of Forked River, Joseph Kelly, Jr and Rebecca of Toms River, a daughter Linda Kovalick and Robert Watford of FL, a daughter Joanne of San Diego, CA; 7 grandchildren, Dominique, Steven, Joshua, Landon, Ryan, Maegan and Amanda; two great-grandchildren Miles and Mia. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday December 5, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755. A funeral service will take place at 4:15 PM.
