Joy Beth Hollon, 81 of Payne Springs, Texas passed away peacefully on March 12, 2019. She was born on November 3, 1937 in Indiana to the home of George & Marjorie Hayes Roberts. Joy enjoyed spending time with her beloved family, friends, traveling, working in her flower garden and having quite time watching the birds.
She cherished her 3 cats Angle, Bobby & Sugar and their furry friends that came by for a visit. Joy is survived by her daughters Kimberly Marshall & her partner Carroll Russell, Rebecca Owens and Debra Devoe; grandchildren Seana Nevels & her husband Randall, J.R. Anderson & his wife Destiny and Matt Cleveland; great-grandchildren Preston Russell, Timothy Garcia & his wife Ashley James, Ashley Pfoh and Mikey Marshall; great-great- grandchildren Timothy Garcia Jr., Liam Pfoh, Gabriella Theriot, Rylie Anderson, Howard Anderson, Payton Anderson, Jayel Anderson and Kayden Anderson. Joy will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Joy is preceded in death by her parents, son Timothy Hargis, husband Dub Hollon and her partner Orlando Turnbo. Chaplin Lynette Solomon with Genesis Hospice Care in Athens, Texas will officiate for the Hollon family.
