OBITUARY Joyce Blanchard August 30, 1953 – November 4, 2018 Joyce Marie Sevin Blanchard entered peacefully into heaven on Sunday, November 4, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Loving mother of Shelli Rome Vitrano (Ronnie Camus), Cathy Rome, Chad Rome (Amanda) and the late Lawrence P. Rome. A proud grandmother of Kaden Burgess, Sarah Camus, Jasmine Blue, Jaelyn Blue, Kellan McCrary, Terren Young, Lawrence A. Rome, and Remi Rome.

Daughter of the late Melba Aguilard Sevin and Lawrence Sevin. Sister of Rita Dufrene (the late Brenton), Donald Sevin, Sr., Troy Sevin (the late Crystal), Janell Sevin (the late Henry Sevin, Sr.) and preceded in death, Shirley Mike, (the late Johnny), Jerry Sevin, Sr., son-in-law, Jerome Vitrano. She is survived by her best friend Tena Robin, numerous Godchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Age 65, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and resident of Marrero, Louisiana. She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, loved her coffee, cooking and mostly spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy.

Marrero, LA, on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 11:00 am. Visitation beginning at 10:00am until service time. Internment in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 1225 Whitney Blvd.
