Survived by children: Maryann and Edward Fisher, Omaha; Deborah Martinez, LaVista; Charles W. and Deb Urwin, Leavenworth, KS; grandchildren: Sarah, Jack, Rachael, Jennifer, Marcus, Stephanie, Colby, Charles, Christopher, Julia, Joseph, Stephen, Elizabeth; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Usher; brother, Larry Waldecker; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. FUNERAL SERVICE: Thursday, 10:30am, St. Columbkille Catholic Church.

VISITATION: Wednesday at mortuary, 5-8pm, with Wake Service at 7pm. Interment: Westlawn Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorials to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research.
