Joyce is survived by her Son – Philip Harkness, Daughters – Gina Harkness, Rhonda Harkness, Leisa (David) Fitts, Sister – Betty Cooper, Grandchildren – Jason (Haley) Fitts, Jordan Fitts, Mitchel Harkness, Erin Fitts, Great-Grandchildren – Hoyt Fitts, and Lane Fitts. She was a Cousin, Sister-in-law, Aunt, Great-Aunt, and Friend.

Joyce was preceded in death by her Husband – Gordon R. Harkness, Parents – Thomas and Clennie Miller, Brothers – J.C. Miller, Leonard Miller, and Sister – Janice Swanson. Joyce Harkness was a member of Bethel Pentecostal Church for many years. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
