OBITUARY Joyce M. Stifter September 30, 1928 – January 22, 2019 Joyce Marcella (Isaacson) Stifter, Age 90 of Oak Grove, surrounded by family, was called home to be with her Savior on January 22, 2019. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Preceded in death by, husband Ray, 9 brothers and sisters.

Survived by children, Jeffrey (Marie); Joel (Kelly); Kirk (Elizabeth); David (Tharesa); Debra (Robert) Maki; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 7 brothers and sisters. Funeral service 11 AM Friday, January 25, 2019, at Grace Lutheran Church, 460 75th Ave. NE Fridley MN.

Visitation 4-7 PM, Thursday at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Blvd. NW, Coon Rapids, MN and 1 hour prior to services at the church. Luncheon immediately after funeral service, followed by interment at Sunset Cemetery, Saint Anthony MN.
