Judith A. Bartow, 80, of Dover passed away on June 19, 2018 at Kent General Hospital. Mrs. Bartow had been an artist and had been a homemaker. Mrs. Bartow is survived by her husband of 60 years, Charles F. Bartow; four children: Theodore A. Bartow and his wife Kimberly of Elkton, MD, Todd E. Bartow and his wife Denise of Elkton, MD, Kimberley J. Ritter and her husband Kenneth of Dover and Scott C. Bartow of Wilmington; two sisters: Lynda Wagner and her husband George of Allenton, PA and Kathe Byrne and her husband James of Lewes, DE; one brother, David Robinson of Harrisburg, PA; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Andrew Bartow. A funeral service will be 10:30 A.M. Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Ave, Wyoming, DE 19934 where there will be a viewing from 9:30 until 10:30 Saturday morning. Burial will be private.
