Hubbard, 75, of Pinckneyville, passed away at 6:01 A.M., Monday, May 20, 2019, at the Coulterville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Coulterville, Illinois. Judith was a homemaker and a member of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Tamaroa. She also did mission work and taught English in Taiwan.

Judith was born September 6, 1943, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Gilbert and Helen (Smith) Brooks. She married Franklin Hubbard, and he preceded her in death on August 12, 2001. Judith is survived by four children – Jeff Hubbard and wife Lisa of Pinckneyville, Sabrena Stern of Coulterville, Christian Carlyle of Pinckneyville, Peter Hubbard and wife Tina of Sparta, adopted daughter – Guey-Lan Wu of Taiwan, 13 grandchildren – Elizabeth Hubbard, Geoffrey Hubbard, Jessica Davey, Rachelle Stern, Jason Hubbard, Hannah Hubbard, Jonathan Hubbard, Owen Carlyle, Abby Stern, Joshua Hubbard, Zach Carlyle, Rachael Miguel and Mackayla Carlyle, 6 great grandchildren – Alyssia Hubbard, Zen Stern, Drew Davey, Paisley Hubbard, Keetyn Hubbard, Serenity Carlyle, siblings – Donald Brooks and wife Pat, Joan Teal and husband Gene, Jim Brooks and wife Vickie, Brenda Smith and husband Kenny, Tom Brooks, Carol Fouts and husband Larry, Karen Spradlin and husband Steve.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son – Anthony Hubbard, grandson- Jedidiah Hubbard and sister – Linda Tobman. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, May 25, 2019, at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Tamaroa, with Rev. Joseph Crowe officiating.

Friends may call from 9 A.M. until the time of service Saturday, at the church. Burial will be in the Mueller Hill Cemetery at Pinckneyville. Friends may make memorials to the Apostolic Lighthouse Church, and will be accepted at the church or funeral home.
