Her kindness for others and animals gave her the passion to become a Home Health Care provider. Judy passed away at home surrounded by close family and loved ones. She was born and raised in Laredo, Texas on December 09, 1945 to Arthur and Jewell Russell.

Judy is survived by her children, Amy (Arthur) Esparza, Russell (Wendy) Hill, John (Christina) Hill and Adam Long; Grandchildren, Brandon Gomez, Brian Gomez, Cecil Esparaza, Jessica Esparza, Eli Esparza, Avery Hill, Lucas Hill, Macy Hill, Cody Strahm, Alexandria Hill and Ayden Long; Great Grandchildren, Kipling Hill, Stella Esparza, Caleb Esparza, Kayla Esparza, Ashley Esparza, Drayson Eeparza, Desmond Diaz, Daymond Diaz, Kingston Esparza, Kiarah Esparza, Bentley Esparza, and Maliah Gonzalez.
