Obituary for Judith “Judy” Ann Ecker (Easterly) Print A Celebration of Life Service for Judith “Judy” A. Ecker age 80 of Enid will be 10 am Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Carrell Still and Rev. Steve Driskell officiating.

A private burial will be before the service in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 – 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Judy was born April 2, 1938 in Enid to Harold and Florence (Schneider) Easterly and passed away suddenly February 23, 2019 in St. Mary’s Hospital.

She attended and graduated from Enid High School in 1956. She married George Duane Ecker December 8, 1956 in Enid and he passed away September 15, 2017. Judy worked as a secretary at Vance Air Force Base for over 40 years retiring in 1997.

Judy was a former member of Davis Park Christian Church and attended Willow Road Christian Church. Judy enjoyed playing the piano and organ. After retirement Judy and Duane enjoyed traveling around the country.

Judy enjoyed going to her nieces and nephews ballgames. She is survived by her sister Lynne Thielke of Edmond, her brother Bill Easterly and wife Linda of Enid, and many special nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister Susan Kilgore.

Memorials may be made to Willow Road Christian Church or Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds. Condolences may be made online and the service may be viewed online at www. ladusauevans.com .
