Judith “Judy” Lee Bell, 74 of London died Monday morning October 22, 2018. Born August 23, 1944 to David A. “Pat” and Gertrude M. (Nicol) Bell. Judy was retired from PNC Bank (National City) and formerly attended St. John Lutheran Church.

Survived by brother David (Jean) Bell of Chillicothe and several nephews and great nephews. Preceded in death by parents and sister Eileen Bell-Garrison. Friends may call at the RADER-LYNCH & DODDS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE on Wednesday from 5-7 PM.

Graveside service will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM in Oak Hill Cemetery with Pastor Steve Rath officiating. Condolences to www. rldfh.com.
