OBITUARY Judy Ann Teer January 27, 1944 – January 20, 2019 Judy Ann Teer, 74 of East Ridge, Tennessee, passed away on January 20, 2019. She was of the Methodist faith. She spent most of her life as an advocate for children by being a foster parent.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, 3 grandchildren, and her parents. Left behind to cherish Judy’s memory are her children, Gerald Teer, Burlington, CO. , Barbara Ann (Rodney) Hysinger, East Ridge, David (Anita) Teer, Dalton, GA.

, and Evelyn (Greg) Schaffer, Flagler, CO. , adopted daughter, Margaret Buckner, Jasper, TN. , 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and sisters, Betty Crocker, Shirley (Bill) Luther, and Carolyn (Arthell) Gray.

A Celebration of Judy’s Life will be held in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Thursday January 24, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Carl Sterling officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 4-8 p.m. She will be laid to rest in the Lakewood Memory Gardens East.
