Obituary of Judy Edmonson Judy Kay Chiles Edmonson, 73, of Tool, Texas passed on to her heavenly Father at 1 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at UT Health,Tyler, Texas. She was born April 21, 1945 in Lamesa, Texas to Carlos and Leah Chiles She married Ken Foster, Tucson, AZ March 16, 2011 and he survives. Also surviving are her two children, Kelly Edmonson of Royce City, Texas and Karlissa Phillips of Mabank, Texas; three granddaughters Shelby Phillips, Jordan Edmonson, and Kaitlyn Edmonson; three grandsons Tray Phillips, Jacob Edmonson, and Justin Edmonson; three great randchildren Lena, Mason, and Kynlee; and one brother Don Chiles, Judy’s mother and father, brother, Gary, and her former husband Guy Edmonson preceded her in death.

Judy graduated from Lamesa High School in 1963, married, and subsequently raised a family. She loved to paint, enjoyed occasional casino action, concerts especially the Eagles, and shopping with her friends. In her later years, she and Ken traveled extensively providing an opportunity to see and witness new vistas.

Her painting led her to have many friends, who to this day, love and cherish her accomplishments. Interment will be in Lamesa Memorial Park cemetery July 14 at 10 a.m. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Homes, Seven Points, TX. A Celebration of Judy’s Life will occur on 11 August, 12 noon to 4 p.m. at the home of Tony and Karlissa Phillips.
