Julia B. Eskew, age 87, of Clearwater, Florida passed away on March 20, 2019. Julia was born in Ashford, West Virginia on May 10, 1931. She relocated to Clearwater, Florida in the 1950’s, where she remained until her passing.

Julia worked for the Pinellas County Court System for many years, as a clerk. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Safety Harbor. Julia loved to travel and to quilt.

She is survived by two sons, Frank Eskew (Sheila) of Tennessee and Walter Eskew (Mary) of Florida; daughter, Karen Eskew-Wyllie (Neil) of Utah; three grandchildren, four great grandchildren, brother Truman Barker of West Palm Beach, Florida. As well as many nieces and nephews and many close friends. Julia was predeceased by her husband, James “Jim” Eskew in 2003.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 6th at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Safety Harbor. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Operation Christmas Child or the Humane Society.
