Julia Christina Ballard Price, 46, of Seven Springs, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at home. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Julia enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, always had a loving and caring smile that could light up any room, never met a stranger and always gave a helping hand to anyone in need.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Louie Dell Antwine Ballard. Julia is survived by her father, Thomas Ballard, Sr.; son, Ryan Price; husband Timmy Williams; step son, Timmy and wife April Williams; grandchildren, Colby Price, Jasmine Williams, Dekota Williams, and Jaylen Williams; sisters; Jenniffer Harr and husband Jim, Ann Gibson and husband Michael, Angie Hathaway, Wanda Jones and husband Roger, Judy Stancil and husband Paul; brother, Thomas Ballard, Jr., and wife Geraldine; many nieces and nephews. Brother-in-laws, James and wife Gale Williams, Bobby Williams, Kenneth Williams, Chris Williams; special friends Pat and Rose O’Quinn, and Brandi Lynn McCullen (and her children).

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Saturday, April 28, 2018 at her brother’s home, 1240 South Croom Bland Road, Kinston, NC 28504. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 29, 2018, at Garner Funeral Home, with Pastor Chris Turner officiating. Graveside service to follow at Jones Family Cemetery, 162 Ryan Lane, Kinston, NC 28501.
