Julia Lynn Arnold (Smalling) March 22, 1962 ~ November 21, 2018 Julia was born in Prineville Oregon to parents Billy and Joan Smalling (Stovall). Julia attended and graduated Crook County Highschool in 1980. She married her high school sweetheart and child hood friend Stephen Arnold in 1981 Stephen and Julia were married 37 years.

Her pride in life came from being a mother to her Daughter Juliana and her step son Corey. During her time at work for the Forest service she had numerous accolades and was very proud of her accomplishments there. Besides being a mother some of her fondest times were camping, hunting four wheeling and pretty much anything you could do with family involved, she was a avid pinnacle player she loved her cats and dogs as well.

Julia was well known for her sense of humor and the occasional strong-willed moments. Julia also enjoyed the time in her life that she spent as a member of the Ridge Riders of Prineville. Julia is survived by Her Husband Stephen Arnold, Daughter Juliana Arnold, Step Son Corey Arnold.

Mother Joan Smalling, Sister JoAnn Smalling, Aunts and Uncles and numerous nieces and nephews and two grandchildren. She is preceded in death by Father Billy Smalling, two infant brothers and all four grandparents. A memorial service was held for her at Prineville Funeral Home November 28th at 3:00PM Please see the funeral home website to leave your thoughts and prayers for the family.
