Julie Ann Scott, 54, of Carmichael, California was found deceased in her home on June 8, 2018 in Carmichael, California. She was born February 23, 1964 in Oakdale, California to Walter Scott Sr. and the late Patricia Ann White. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

Julie was preceded in death, by her grandparents: Ira and Bertha Scott and Walter and Lena Royer, her mother Patricia Ann White, her step-mother Betty L. Scott, and her uncle Paul B. Scott. She is survived by her father Walter Scott Sr. of Venus, Texas; her sister Sharon Scott of Modesto, California; her sister Donna Shaw and brother in-law Pete of Venus, Texas; her brother Walter Scott Jr. and sister in-law Jennifer of Venus, Texas, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A memorial to celebrate her life is to be held at Soda Springs Cemetery located in Soda Springs, Texas.
