Julie is survived by her children Michael Young (Kristie) of Bardstown and Steven Kapsalakis of Louisville; her siblings Wayne Gylden (Jackie) of Mount Washington, Burt Cornelison and Mark Cornelison both of Louisville; along with her grandchildren Brooke and Michael Young. The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
