OBITUARY Julie Marie Villalobos-Glenn November 9, 1960 – December 7, 2018 Julie Marie Villalobos-Glenn, 58, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. A celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at McLaren’s Chapel in West Des Moines with a visitation starting at 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Julie was born November 9, 1960 in Des Moines, Iowa to Paul and Betty (Barajas) Villalobos.

She graduated in 1979 from Valley High School in Des Moines. Julie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was beloved by all with whom she encountered.

Julie was known as the “Queen of Crafting” and loved collecting Tchotchkes. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jeff Glenn; son, Justin-David (Rosa) Garfield; daughter, Elysia Glenn; grandchildren; Makayla, Anthony, Gage, Cohan, Harrison, and Francesca (Frankie); honorary grandchildren, Elicia and Aaleyan McMaster; mother, Betty Niccoli; brother, Paul (Marty) Villalobos; sisters,Vicki Villalobos, and Lori McGrath. She was preceded in death by her father; and her mother and father-in-laws, Lorraine and Charles Glenn.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family. She asks that everyone, everyday do a random act of kindness.
