Chesterfield, SC Mrs. Julieth “Teenie” Lisenby Freeman, age 83, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at her home following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. A Celebration of Life Service will be 4:00 PM Saturday, June 1, 2019 in the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Charlie Short and Rev.

Phil Wyatt. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Freeman was born January 27, 1936 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late Baxter and Lacy Campbell Lisenby.

She was a retired business manager for Bennett Motor Company. Mrs. Freeman was a member of White Oak Presbyterian Church, where she served as former Church Treasurer and on various other church committees throughout the years. Teenie also enjoyed attending her home church, Hopewell Baptist Church and worshipping there with family and friends.

A lady who loved the outdoors, Teenie enjoyed gardening and working in her flowers. Her gift of creativity showed through her love of painting and the arts. She also enjoyed spending time at the beach with her family.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Freeman was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Jimmy C. Freeman; brother, Luther Lisenby; and sister, Josie Lisenby Webster. Survivors include her children, Mike Freeman and wife, Phyllis of Fayetteville, NC, Ann Chapman and husband, Dean of Hartsville, SC, and Greg Freeman of Chesterfield, SC; grandchildren, Molly Freeman Miller and husband, Joey of Alexandria, VA, Kendall Chapman Perrow and husband, John of Cameron, SC, Jay Chapman of Hartsville, SC, and Bessie Freeman of Chesterfield, SC; sister-in-law, Atha Lou Gibson of Cheraw, SC; special nieces, Susan Snow of Cheraw, SC, and Carrie Rhyne of Chesterfield, SC; close friends, Viola Outen, Miriam Gulledge, Betty Bailey, Azilee Myers, Michelle Richardson, and JoAnn Teal. Memorials may be made to White Oak Presbyterian Church, 5386 Angelus Road, Ruby, SC 29741 or to Hopewell Baptist Church, 15084 Hwy.
