Julio E. De Arcos, 71, of Winter Park, FL passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019. He was born February 19, 1948 in Havana, Cuba to Julio “Monchy” De Arcos and Cristina Lopez-Ona. He is survived by his loving wife, Jessica “Renaldi” Dearcos and many loving family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family will be setting up a permanent Julio de Arcos endowment fund at the Rotary Club of Winter Park, so they may continue to do good work in his name.
