Mr. Julius J. Erickson, 91 of Vancleave, MS passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019 in Ocean Springs. He was born Feb. 9, 1928 in Kansas City, Missouri.

Mr. Erickson was an Army, Navy and Air Force Veteran. He retired as a CWO-2, AUS (Ret. ) He served in the WW2, Korea and Viet Nam periods.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Julius and Ruth F. Erickson, wife, Doris Nell Erickson, son, Michael Erickson, and sister, Jo McFerren. Survivors include his daughter, Wendy Erickson, Grandchildren, Brandi Woytek, Azaryah “Ry” Erickson, and Jake Erickson. Great grandchildren, Leslee Marler, Kylee Woytek, Natilee Woytek, Btyce Holmes and Mckynlee Holmes.

Great-great grandchildren, Ryder and Rowyn Marler. Along with many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 1p.m. until 2p.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in 6705 Jim Ramsey Rd.

Vancleave, MS 39565. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 2p.m. with Monsignor John McGrath and Father Adam Urbaniac as Celebrants. Burial will be at Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula, MS with Military Honors presented.
