Julius “JIB” E. Shimpa, age 75, of Erskine, MN died Friday February 8th at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 16th at 10:00 a.m. at the Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home in Crookston. Visitation will be Friday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Crookston.

Inurnment will take place at a later date in Oakdale Cemetery in Crookston. Arrangements are with Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home in Crookston.
