Obituary for June D, DiNapoli (Hawthorne) Print June DiNapoli (nee Hawthrone), of Philadelphia, passed away on February 2, 2019 at the age of 79. Born in Philadelphia, June was the middle of three children. Generous sometimes to a fault, she would give anyone she knew or had even just met whatever they wanted or needed.

Second to family and friends, beautiful clothes, dressing up, and dancing were her greatest passion. Oh, and the parties she threw were always something to look forward to. June had an amazing sense of humor and did not even know it.

Struggling for some time with quite a few health problems that would have made just about anyone crumble, June was always graceful and dignified. You would not have known there was any pain and suffering. After enjoying the last ten years as a snowbird, wintering in Florida with the love of her life Jimmy, June decided to come home early to say goodbye to her many family members and friends.

She is survived by her long time companion Jim Laverty, daughter Lorene Yannuzzi (Mark), her grandchildren Mike (Carol), the late Alex Picucci, and Eric, great grandson James. Brother Weldon (Sue), and sister Kerrie (Tom). Relatives and friends are invited to share in June’s Life Celebration on Friday, February 8, 2019 beginning at 11:00AM followed by her memorial service at 1:00PM at Decker Funeral Home 216 York Rd.

Warminster, PA 18974. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in June’s memory to Bux-mont Meals on Wheels or Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County would be greatly appreciated. To send flowers to the family of June D, DiNapoli (Hawthorne), please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
