Kaci Lynn Kovich DICKINSON – Ms. Kaci Lynn Kovich passed from this life Friday, August 31, 2018, in Dickinson. January 18, 1979 a true Texans fan was born. Kaci Lynn always looked forward to seeing her boys in red and blue playing on the field and never missed a chance to cheer them on.

Her energy was endless. She could spend all night at a New Kids On The Block concert and be ready to go for brunch the next morning. It didn’t matter if she was watching the food network or eating out.

Kaci loved her food but above all, she was a shoe lover. As Marilyn Monroe once said, “Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world” and that’s just what Kaci did. Her spunky personality brought joy and laughter into the lives of those around her and she will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Holly Marie Kovich. Survivors include her father, Mark Kovich, Sr.; brother, Mark Kovich, II and wife, Stephanie; long time love, Chad Windham; best friend, Amy Ramos; niece, Lanie; nephew, Beau; goddaughter, Stormi Lynn Jenkins; godsons, Jody Jenkins, Aires Smith; and numerous cousins. A memorial service will be 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 10, 2018, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock, TX (409) 925-3501, with Pastor Richard Robeson officiating.

A private cremation was conducted under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Memorials in the form of donations may be made in Kaci’s name to Crisis Intervention of Houston, 5322 West Belfort, Suite 203, Houston, Texas 77035.
