Obituary for Karen Frossard (Umberhine) Karen A. Frossard (nee Umberhine) was received into God’s loving grace on September 16th, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Born September 15th, 1954 in St. Louis, MO to the late Paul and Mary Ann (nee Vieth) Umberhine. Beloved wife of 42 years to Mike Frossard; dear mother to Kelly (Dan) Santacruz, Michelle (Paul) Paradoski, and Katie (Drew) O’Brien; much loved Grandma to Ella, Tyler, Colin, Olivia, Emma, and Nora; dear sister to Jean (Mike) Camden; dear sister-in-law, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend to many.

Karen was a member of the McCarthy Construction family for over 40 years and truly loved McCarthy and the many great friends she worked alongside. Karen continues to help others by donating her body to the Washington University School of Medicine. The family would like to thank the staff at Siteman Cancer Center, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, and BJC Hospice for their kindness, compassion and great care given to Karen.

A memorial visitation will be held at Bopp Chapel, Thursday, September 27th, 3-8:00 pm with a memorial Mass Friday, September 28th, 10:00 am at St. Mary Magdalen Church, in Brentwood. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary Magdalen C.A.R.E. Organization, 2618 Brentwood Blvd, Brentwood, MO 63144 or The December 5th Fund, 8671 Rosalie Ave.
